20 Belgian endive leaves
1 (8- oz.) package Earth Exotics Cooked and Ready to Eat Lentils (in the Produce Dept.)
1/4 cup golden raisins
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. green onions very thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. McCormick Garam Masala
1/2 tsp. orange peel grated
Salt to taste
slivered almonds toasted
Thin radicchio strips

Prep: 10 minutes Makes: 20 appetizers

1. Place endive leaves on a platter. Stir together lentils, raisins, orange juice, green onions, garam masala and orange peel; season with salt to taste.
2. Spoon into endive leaves and top each with a few toasted slivered almonds and a few thin radicchio strips, if desired.
