Spicy Crab Cups

Spicy Crab Cups
1 (6- oz.) container Dungeness crab meat
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeño slices
2 tbsp. minced red bell pepper
30 Athens Mini Filo Shells (two 2.1- oz. boxes)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 12 to 15 minutes, Makes: 30 appetizers

1. Stir together crab, cream cheese, jalapeños and bell pepper in a medium bowl. Spoon equal amounts into mini shells.

2. Bake at 350°F for about 12 to 15 minutes or until filling is hot.

Note: Cut back on the jalapeños a bit if you are sensitive to their heat.
