Pesto Cheese Bites

Pesto Cheese Bites
10 Large Dutch Baby or 10 small creamer potatoes (about 1 oz. each)
1/4 cup pesto, divided
1 (5.2- oz.) package Boursin Cheese (in our Deli), divided
Tomato slivers (for garnish)
Snipped fresh chives (for garnish)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Makes: 20 appetizers

1. Bake potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes or until soft; let cool, then chill. Cut each potato in half and scoop out a small amount of the center.

2. Spoon about 1/2 tsp. pesto into the bottom of each, then top with equal amounts of Boursin Cheese. Garnish with tiny tomato slivers and snipped fresh chives.
