Crispy Salmon Wedges

Crispy Salmon Wedges
3 soft taco size flour tortillas
Olive oil for brushing
1 (5.2- oz.) package Boursin Cheese (in our Deli) divided
4 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon divided
Tiny dill sprigs and capers (for garnish)

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: about 5 minutes Makes: 18 wedges

1. Lightly brush tortillas with olive oil on both sides. Broil for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp. Let cool, then spread with equal amounts of Boursin Cheese.
2. Top with 4 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon and garnish with tiny dill sprigs and capers. Cut into small wedges to serve.
