Champagne Soaked Citrus Salad
Champagne Soaked Citrus Salad
4 cups citrus fruit (your peeled and sliced
choice of oranges, choice of oranges, tangerines, grapefruit)
3/4 cup champagne (about 1 (187-ml). bottle)
2 to 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. crème de cassis (in the Liquor Dept.)
Combine fruit in a medium bowl. Gently stir in remaining
ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before
serving with a slotted spoon. Top with some
pomegranate seeds, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
