Pageant Chicken Parmesan

Pageant Chicken Parmesan
3/4 lb. pasta
4 tbsp. butter divided
4 Foster Farms Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Steaks
Salt and pepper freshly ground
2/3 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 (15- oz.) container Buitoni Marinara Sauce heated
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes

Cook pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water; drain and place in a serving dish. While pasta is cooking, melt 2 tbsp. butter and brush on both sides of chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll in breadcrumbs. Melt remaining 2 tbsp. butter in a large skillet; cook chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F. Place cooked chicken on hot pasta and top with hot marinara sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
