Hazelnut Coffee Crunch
Hazelnut Coffee Crunch
Ingredients
1 (8- oz.) bar good quality dark chocolate
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts chopped
1/4 cup Nob Hill Trading Co. Hazelnut Coffee beans coarsely crushed
Directions
Break chocolate into pieces. Melt in the top of a double boiler or microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds; set aside. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet to a thickness of about 1/4-inch. Top with hazelnuts and coffee beans. Let cool overnight. Break into pieces to serve.

Makes 2 cups of candy pieces.
