Skinny Subs
4 crusty sandwich rolls, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp. spicy brown or yellow mustard
1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
4 tbsp. ripe olives, sliced
20 slices Gallo 95% or 60% Less Fat Salame
16 slices turkey pepperoni
4 slices capicolla (an Italian ham in our Deli)
4 slices Alpine Lace Provolone Cheese, halved
4 very thin slices red onion
2 cups romaine hearts, thinly sliced
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
freshly ground Salt and pepper to taste
Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Spread equal amounts of mustard on roll bottoms. Top with
equal amounts of pepperoncini, olives, meats, cheese and onion.

2. Toss romaine with oil and vinegar and season with salt and
pepper; pile onto sandwich and close.
