Light and Creamy Mac 'n Cheese

Light and Creamy Mac 'n Cheese
6 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Macaroni
1 (10- oz.) container Buitoni Light Alfredo Sauce
2/3 cup chicken stock or reduced-sodium broth
1/4 cup Hormel Real Bacon Pieces
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup fat-free herb croutons finely crushed
Butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray
Prep time: 20 minutes,
Cook time: 45 minutes

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Bring Alfredo sauce, stock, bacon and mustard to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat and add cheese a little at a time, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Add cooked macaroni to saucepan, then transfer to prepared baking dish. Top with crouton crumbs and spray liberally with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and top is lightly browned.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
