Lemongrass Shrimp
Lemongrass Shrimp
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 (7- oz.) package Thai Kitchen Lemongrass and Ginger Rice
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 cup slivered red bell pepper
2 green onions sliced
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice
and seasoning packet; simmer, covered, over low heat
for 15 minutes. Place shrimp, bell pepper and onions
on top of rice; replace lid and cook for 5 minutes more.
Stir gently before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
