Top Notch Ramen

Top Notch Ramen
1½ cups water
2 (3- oz.) packages chicken flavored ramen noodle soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
2 cups diced rotisserie chicken

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: about 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Combine water and contents of ramen soup seasoning packets in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook, covered, for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.

2. Break ramen noodles into pieces; add to skillet with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally to break apart noodles.

Sauvignon Blanc - This wine pairs perfectly with our speedy noodle dish.
