Italian Meatball Subs
1/2 of a 3 lb. bag Armanino Beef Meatballs
1 (25- oz.) jar prepared pasta sauce
8 warmed crusty French rolls or baguette sections
Armanino Basil Pes to Sauce
Shredded Italian blend cheese
Place meatballs and pasta sauce in a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Just before serving, lightly spread warmed rolls with thawed pesto sauce. Top with hot meatballs and sauce, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Makes 8 servings.
