Lemon Tea Encrusted Chicken
Lemon Tea Encrusted Chicken
3 bags Bigelow Lemon Lift Tea
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb. thin sliced chicken breast filets
2 tbsp. butter

Stir together contents of tea bags with garlic salt and freshly ground pepper to taste in a small bowl. Coat filets on all sides with mixture. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
