Country Egg Biscuit Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Bisquick Baking Mix (Heart Healthy or Regular)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese divided
1 (.85- oz.) package McCormick Sausage Flavored Gravy Mix
6 eggs fried
Directions
Don't need 6 servings? Wrap and freeze
any remaining biscuits for another meal or a
quick breakfast on the go!

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 to 12
minutes

Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a baking sheet
with
nonstick cooking spray. Stir together baking mix,
milk,
1/2 cup cheese and dry gravy mix in a medium
bowl.
Drop into 6 round mounds about 1-inch thick on
prepared baking sheet; pat surface lightly to
smooth.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned
on
top. Remove from oven and set aside to cool
slightly.
Cut in half lengthwise with a serrated knife and
place
a hot fried egg and remaining cheese inside hot
biscuits.

Makes 6 servings.
