1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch broccolini
1/2 cup red bell peppers sliced
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers sliced
1 1/2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Parmesan cheese (optional) shredded or shaved
Heat oil in a large skillet. Lay broccolini on a cutting board and cut in half to make stalks shorter. Add to skillet with bell peppers. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in seasonings. Top with shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese, if you like.

Makes 4 servings.
