Crunchy Skillet Potatoes
1 tbsp. oil
1 (16- oz.) container Raley's Fresh Produce Red Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. McCormick Crusting Blends with French Onion, Pepper and Herb
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add potatoes. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes. Add water and tent with foil (to help cook faster); cook for 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and water is cooked off. Melt butter in a small bowl. Stir in seasoning. Add to potatoes and toss well to coat.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
