Ginger Marmalade Carrots

Ginger Marmalade Carrots
1 (16- oz.) package Raley's Carrot Chips
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. minced crystallized ginger (in our Natural Foods Dept. or Asian Foods aisle)
Cook carrot chips for 5 minutes in boiling water; drain well. Place back on heat and cook off any excess water. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Makes 6 servings.
