Italian Bean Stew
Italian Bean Stew
1 (16- oz.) package Aidells Pesto Sausage
1 (15- oz.) can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2- oz.) can Raley's fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 cup Raley's Fresh Produce Mirepoix
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Italian Blend Seasoning
Slice sausage and place in a medium saucepan with remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
Wine Suggestion
Beaulieu Vineyard Merlot - Like the stroganoff, this recipe needs a lighter red. It would also work well with a very soft Zinfandel.
