8 Melissa's Crepes
1-1/3 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup McCormick French Onion, Pepper and Herb Crusting Blends

These may be made a day ahead. Recrisp in a hot oven for 2 to 3 minutes, if necessary.

Prep: 10 to 15 minutes Cook: about 6 minutes Makes: 8 servings

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and tear 4 large baking sheet size pieces of parchment paper. Cut crepes into 8 wedges each and place on parchment paper (for a total of 64 wedges).
2. Stir together cheese and crusting blend in a small bowl; sprinkle over crepes. (You'll need to bake in batches.) Bake for about 6 minutes or until deep golden brown; let cool completely.
