Turkey and Spinach Alfredo
Turkey and Spinach Alfredo
3/4 lb. brown turkey breast (in our Deli) sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 (10- oz.) containers refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes drained well between paper towels
3 cups baby spinach lightly packed
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Cut turkey into bite-size strips. Place in a skillet with Alfredo sauce and tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir in spinach and cheese and cook until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles with additional cheese, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
