Frontera Chipotle Shrimp
Frontera Chipotle Shrimp
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 to 1 1/4 lbs. medium-large shrimp
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup Frontera Chipotle Salsa
Salt to taste
fresh cilantro (garnish) chopped

Heat oil in a very large skillet. Add shrimp and
sauté for 1 minute. Add salsa and broth. Cook over
medium-high heat for about 4 minutes, stirring
constantly, or until shrimp is just cooked through
and sauce has reduced to the consistency of a
light tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt and
garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
