Quick Chicken Fried Rice
Quick Chicken Fried Rice
1 (16- oz.) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 (8.8- oz.) package Uncle Ben’s Teriyaki Flavor Ready Rice
2 eggs beaten
1 pint chopped Teriyaki Chicken (from our Sizzling Wok)
Add vegetable and oil to a large saucepan; cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from pan and set aside. In same pan, stir together rice and eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are set. Add chicken; return vegetables to pan and continue cooking until chicken is warm.

Makes 4 servings.
Wine Suggestion
Pacific Rim Riesling - To balance the sweetness of the teriyaki, look for an acidic wine, like this Riesling. If reds are your bag, try a soft Merlot.
