Chayote and Avocado Salad

Chayote and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
3 chayote squash pitted and diced
1 cup sliced radishes
1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 (2.25- oz.) can sliced olives drained
1/3 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch Dressing
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions
Place squash in a bowl; stir in radishes, avocado and green onions. Stir together dressing and vinegar; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.

Makes 6 servings.
