Sweet Potato and Pineapple Salad

Sweet Potato and Pineapple Salad
1 (15- oz.) package Alexia Sweet Potato Julienne Fries
1 (20- oz.) can pineapple chunks drained
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
1/4 cup prepared poppyseed dressing
Cook Fries according to package directions; set aside to
cool and cut into bite-size pieces. Combine all remaining
ingredients with cooled fries in a large bowl. Toss to coat
and serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
