Frozen Cherry Mousse
Frozen Cherry Mousse
2 lbs. pitted fresh cherries (about 5 cups)
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp. lime juice
Prep time: 30 minutes ,
Freeze time: 20 to 30 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions, freezing until mixture is thick and mousse-like in texture. Remove paddle; cover and freeze until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings.
