Warm Crab Won Ton Cups
Warm Crab Won Ton Cups
24 ea Azumaya Square Won Ton Wrapper (in our Produce Dept.)
1 (6.5- oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 (6- oz.) container crabmeat (in our Seafood Dept.)
1 cup Tillamook Jack Cheese shredded
1/4 cup Walla Walla or other sweet onions minced
1 ea egg
1 tsp. J&D's Original Bacon Salt
Prep: 20 minutes  Cook: 10 to 12 minutes  Makes: 24 appetizers 
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray 24 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Press one won ton wrapper into each; set aside.
2. Stir together artichoke hearts, crabmeat, cheese, onion and egg in a medium bowl and spoon equal amounts into lined cups.
3. Sprinkle with bacon salt and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm. 

Tip: Save the marinade from the jar of artichoke hearts. It makes a delicious vinaigrette salad dressing.
