Pomegranate Berry Float
2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Harvest Berries
2 scoops Vanilla Tofutti divided

Prep: 5 to 10 minutes Serves: 2

Puree juice and berries in a blender until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top each with a small scoop of Tofutti.
