Asian Veggie Salad
2 cups sliced Napa cabbage
1/3 cup shelled edamame
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup matchstick-size red bell pepper
1/3 cup matchstick-size carrots
1 baby bok choy, chopped
1 medium green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Asian salad dressing

Prep: 15 minutes, Serves: 2

Toss together cabbage and vegetables in a medium bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
