Summer Beef Salad

Summer Beef Salad
1/2 of a 2 to 2½ lb. cooked Raley's Black Angus Beef Tri Tip Roast cooled and cut into
Angus Beef Tri Tip Roast,cooled and cut into bite-size pieces (about 2½ cups)
4 green onions sliced
3 pluots seeds removed and cut in to wedges
1 (7- oz.) bag Raley's Butter Lettuce Blend
1/2 of a 10- oz. container sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup Raley’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup almonds chopped and toasted
Prep time: 15 minutes

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve immediately.
Makes about 4 servings.

Ray's Station Cabernet Sauvignon 750 ml.
