Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Pizza
3 tbsp. whole grain mustard
1 large pre-made pizza crust (we like the
thin and crispy variety)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
1 cup sauerkraut well-drained
1/2 lb. kielbasa sausage halved lengthwise and sliced
2 tbsp. red onion chopped
Prep time: 10 minutes,
Cook time: 10 to 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread mustard over pizza crust; top with 1 cup cheese,
sauerkraut, sausage and onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 10
to 15 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
