Tri-Tip and Heirloom Tomato Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 lb. cooked tri-tip roast cut into small cubes
1 lb. heirloom tomatoes (about 4 medium) cut into wedges
1 (5- oz.) bag Sargento Shredded Swiss Blend Cheese
1 (1- lb.) box Barilla Mostaccioli Pasta, cooked according to package directions and cooled slightly
1/4 lb. spinach leaves washed and chopped
1 clove garlic minced
2/3 cup Raley's Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Makes 6 servings.
