Blueberry Vinegar
Blueberry Vinegar
1/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1/4 cup champagne vinegar

Prep: 5 minutes, Makes: about 1/3 cup

Puree blueberries and vinegar in a food processor or blender. Store tightly in a covered glass container in the refrigerator for several weeks.
