Crystal Hot Sauce (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 35 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cut potatoes, chicken and onion into 3/4-inch cubes. Cook in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until potatoes and chicken are browned; stir in seasoning.

2. Reduce heat and cook, covered, for about 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve with Crystal Hot Sauce, if you like.

Wine Suggestion
Sweet Riesling to cool the spice or Lagunitas IPA-The brisk hoppiness of this Indian Pale Ale (IPA) from Petaluma helps cool the spice of our savory chicken and potato dish.
