Blue Cheese, Honey and Walnut Figs
crumbled blue cheese
California walnuts chopped, toasted
aged balsamic vinegar
ripe fig halves
fresh rosemary chopped

Prep: 10 minutes

1. Stir together equal amounts of crumbled blue cheese and chopped, toasted California walnuts.
2. Drizzle with a little aged balsamic vinegar and honey to taste. 3. Spoon onto ripe fig halves and sprinkle with a pinch of chopped fresh rosemary.
