Toasted Walnut Dressing
Toasted Walnut Dressing
1 cup chopped California walnuts toasted
1/2 cup La Tourangelle Walnut Oil
1/3 cup Heinz Tarragon Vinegar
4 green onions sliced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine walnuts, oil, vinegar and onions in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth. (Dressing will be thick.) Season to taste with salt and
freshly ground pepper. Best made and eaten the same day.

Makes about 2 cups.
