Toasted Walnut, Basil and Orange Topper
Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped California walnuts, toasted
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. orange zest
1 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Finely chop walnuts and add to a small bowl with remaining ingredients except meat.

2. Serve over chicken, pork or salmon.
