Toasted Walnut, Basil and Orange Topper
Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped California walnuts toasted
1 tbsp. each: honey, orange juice, orange zest and snipped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Grilled or baked chicken, pork or salmon
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes

Finely chop walnuts and add to a small bowl with remaining ingredients except
meat. Serve over chicken, pork or salmon.

Makes 2 servings.
