Bacon Cheddar Burgers

Bacon Cheddar Burgers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Raley's Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped
1½ tsp. J&D's Hickory or Original Bacon Salt
4 ea buns toasted
Lettuce, onion and tomato slices
Mix together beef, cheese, onion, bell pepper and
bacon salt in a medium bowl.
Form into 4 very flat patties and grill for about 5
minutes on each side. Serve on
toasted buns with lettuce, onion and tomato slices.

Makes 4 burgers.
