Olive Antipasto Salad
Ingredients
1 (8- oz.) container Mozzarella Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella (in our Deli) drained
1 (6.5- oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 (6- oz.) can Lindsay Naturals Green Ripe Olives drained
12 light salami quartered slices
1 cup bell pepper strips roasted
2 tbsp each: white balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Stir together 1 drained (8-oz.) container
Mozzarella Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella
(in our Deli), 1 (6.5-oz.) jar marinated artichoke
hearts, 1 (6-oz.) can drained
Lindsay Naturals Green Ripe Olives, 12 quartered
slices light salame, 1 cup
roasted bell pepper strips and 2 tbsp. each: white
balsamic vinegar and extra
virgin olive oil in a large bowl. Cover and
refrigerate for several hours for flavors
to marinate. Just before serving, top with snipped
fresh basil, if you like.


Makes 8 servings.
