Sage Olive Biscuits
Sage Olive Biscuits
1 cup prepared baking mix
1/2 cup Lindsay Naturals Green Ripe Olives drained and chopped
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 tsp. dried sage
black pepper to taste freshly ground

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 12 minutes, Makes: 6 (2½-inch) biscuits

1. Stir together 1 cup prepared baking mix, 1/2 cup drained and chopped Lindsay Naturals Green Ripe Olives, 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup light sour cream, 1 tsp. dried sage and freshly ground black pepper to taste with a fork in a medium bowl.
2. Gather into a ball with your hands and press 3/4-inch thick on a lightly floured board. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden on top.
