Chunky Honey Applesauce

Chunky Honey Applesauce
3 lbs. tart cooking apples (such as GrannySmith or pippin)
1/2 cup honey
1. Peel apples and cut into chunks.
2. Put in a medium saucepan with honey.
3. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover pot.
4. Cook for 30 minutes or until apples are very soft.
5. Using a fork or a potato masher, break up apples. Let cool, then refrigerate
until ready to serve.
