Sutter Sirloin with Grilled Corn and Sweet Onion Topping
Ingredients
2 lbs. Sutter Sirloin
1 ea Italian sweet onion peeled and sliced
1 ea ear fresh corn shucked
Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
1 cup grape tomatoes quartered
Directions
Grill beef, onion and corn over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing liberally with barbecue sauce occasionally. Remove onions and corn. Cook beef for a few minutes more or until cooked to your liking. Chop onions and cut away corn from cob. Place in a bowl and stir in tomatoes. Serve over beef.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
