Crispy Olive Balls

Crispy Olive Balls
Ingredients
4 oz. Swiss cheese divided
1 (6- oz.) can small ripe olives drained
1/2 of a (15- oz.) package of refrigerated pie dough
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: at least 15 minutes Makes: 66 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Coarsely shred 2 oz. Swiss cheese and lightly press onto one uncooked pie crust. Cut into 1-inch squares and set aside.
2. Cut remaining 2 oz. Swiss cheese into 65 cubes. Drain 1 (6-oz.) can ripe olives and place a cheese cube inside each olive.
3. Wrap dough squares around olives and bake on prepared baking sheets for 15 minutes or until golden.
