Smoked Almond and Cheddar Crackers
1 cup Raley's Smoked Almonds
2 cups flour
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup butter softened

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 10 minutes, Makes: 80 small crackers

Finely chop 1 cup Raleys Smoked Almonds in a food processor. Add 2 cups flour, 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup softened butter; process until mixture forms a firm dough, adding a teaspoon or two of water if needed.

2. Shape into a log that is about 1½ inches in diameter and wrap tightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate until very firm.

3. Cut into thin slices and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
