Ham and Cheese Cups

Ham and Cheese Cups
1 cup (slightly heaping) shredded Cheddar cheese (in our Deli)
1/2 cup (slightly heaping) finely chopped ham
1/4 cup sliced green onion tops
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 sheet puff pastry (from a 17.3- oz. package)

Prep: about 15 minutes, Cook: 8 to 10 minutes, Makes: 36 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 450°F and spray 36 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together cheese, ham, green onions and mustard in a small bowl. Unfold puff pastry and roll into a 14-inch square on a lightly floured board.

2. Cut into 36 equal squares and press into muffin cups. Place equal amounts of filling into each muffin cup and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
