Ingredients
1 (12- oz.) bag chocolate chips (milk or bittersweet chocolate)
1 (12- oz.) bag white chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream divided
2/3 cup butter divided
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 5 to 7 minutes
Chill time: several hours, Makes: 36 squares

Line an 8- or 9-inch square baking dish with plastic wrap, making sure the pieces are long enough to cover the sides of the dish. Place chocolate chips into 2 small saucepans. Add 1/2 cup cream and 1/3 cup butter to each. Simmer over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Pour darker chocolate mixture into pan; add spoonfuls of white chocolate to pan. Drag a butter knife or rubber scraper through the mixture to create a swirled effect. Cover pan and refrigerate until mixture is very firm. Lift plastic out of pan and pull away from sides of chocolate and place on a cutting board. Cut into small squares and place on a plate or in mini muffin wrappers. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
