Sweet and Tangy Dried Fruit Salad

Sweet and Tangy Dried Fruit Salad
3 cups dried fruit (apricots, mango, peaches) chopped
1 (5- oz.) package Sunsweet Berry Blend Dried Fruit
1½ cups POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice (in our Produce Dept.)
3 cinnamon sticks
Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes,
Cool time: at least 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan
and bring to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until fruit
is very plump. Remove
cinnamon sticks and cool before serving at room

Makes 8 servings.
