Ernie the Elf's Maple Ginger Bubble Bread
Ingredients
1 loaf Bridgford Bread Dough (from a 3- lb. package)
1/2 cup butter melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. each: cinnamon and McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions
 
Prep: 30 minutes Cook: 30 minutes Rise: about 1 hour Makes: 8 servings
 
1. Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Thaw dough and snip into 1/2-inch pieces with kitchen shears. Stir together butter and syrup in a small bowl.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients except walnuts in another bowl. Dip each piece of dough in butter mixture, then roll in sugar mixture.
3. Place in prepared dish, layering with walnuts. Cover and let stand in a warm place about 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes or until dough is cooked in center. Invert onto a serving platter and remove pan.
