Yams with Lemongrass, Chiles and Mint
Yams with Lemongrass, Chiles and Mint
Ingredients
3 cups yams peeled, cutinto 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup Grama's Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste (in our Produce Dept.)
1 tbsp. lime juice
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Serves: 4

Cut 3 cups peeled yams into 1/2-inch cubes. Place in a saucepan fitted with a steamer basket and steam for 10 minutes or until tender. Puree until smooth, then stir in 1/4 cup Grama’s Sweet Chilli Sauce,
1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Paste (in our Produce Dept.) and 1 tbsp. lime juice. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint, if you like.
