Pizza Dippers with Creamy Pepperoni Dip

Pizza Dippers with Creamy Pepperoni Dip
1/4 of a Mama Mary's Stone Fired Pizza Crust
Olive oil cooking spray
1 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
6 slices turkey pepperoni
1/4 cup Alouette Garlic and Herb Cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. sliced green onion

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 1

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a small baking sheet with foil.

2. Cut pizza crust into 4 long strips and coat on both sides liberally with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.

3. While crust is cooking, place pepperoni in a single layer on a plate. Microwave on HIGH for 1½ to 2 minutes or until pepperoni is crisp.

4. Place cheese in a small container and top with tomato, bell pepper, green onion and pepperoni. Serve with crisp pizza dippers.
