How You Can Help

The best way to help Camp Fire victims rebuild their community is through monetary donations.

Monetary donations: North Valley Community Foundation has activated a Camp Fire Evacuation Relief Fund to support evacuees.

Donated Goods:  Individuals or organizations desiring to make a donation of new goods should visit http://relieflink.org. Your offer will be assessed by the donation coordination team. If a need related to your offer is identified, an organization or agency representative will contact you.

Butte County Schools:  Butte County Office of Education (BCOE) has created the Butte County Schools Fire Relief Fund through the North Valley Community Foundation specifically for educational purposes for schools, students, and staff. Butte County Superintendent of Schools, Tim Taylor, will be assigning a foundation team from district and charter schools to oversee and ensure that all of these funds are focused on schools and education. Donate to the Butte County Schools Fire Relief Fund.

Volunteer:  If you are interested in volunteering to help the survivors of the Camp Fire, please contact Caring Choices. Their Emergency Volunteer Center is accepting applications for interested volunteers. Please visit their website for more information: Caring Choices Emergency Volunteer Center
